Continuous Emission Monitoring System (CEMS, TMS)

CEMS has been used as a tool of monitoring O2, CO, CO2, and flue gas usually for getting information of combustion control in industrial site. CEMS is used for continuous collect, record, report of necessary emission quantity data. Standard CEMS is composed of sample probe, filter, sample line, gas conditioning system, calibration gas system, and series of gas analyzers.

List of measurement : dust, CO, NOx, SO₂, HCI, HF, NH₃, temperature, flow rate, O₂. SO₂ is supposed to be measured SO₂contaminant and volumetric flow simultaneously in every hour.

NOx’s Nitrogen oxide pollution level and the diluted gas are determined by outlet velocity. CO₂measurement is not current requirement, but if we have to, use CO₂or oxygen monitor and flow. This emission monitoring system should be operating continuously and analyze sample recording data at least every 15 minute.

Water quality TMS

The purposes of water monitoring system are preventing accident of water pollution by real time management·check of public sewage, waste water treatment facilities, waste water discharge, leading to process improvement by analysis·management of water condition by seasonal and hourly, and understanding outlet pollution exactly so that reasonable and objective calculation of emission charges can make the water management enhancement, scientification.

In case of excess permissible limit emission with polluted material, emission charges is calculated by scientific measuring TMS’s automatic data of wasted water’s pollution level and quantity. Illegal pollution substance emission reduces dramatically by 24-hour regular monitoring system. Based on objective data, scientific administration system is constructed by making transparency of emission workplace check of guidance high.

Concentration of emission is able to be checked in real-time so that utilizing in process improvement available. Effective river water quality integrated monitoring system construction is connected with national water automatic measuring network. Measurement items will be BOD, COD, SS, T-N, T-P.

Process Analysis Package

Not only suitable analyzer according to customer’s requirement, but tubing, wiring and sample conditioning system are providing by Total Analytical Package.

Analyzer for process, as necessary equipment measures quality in the process and product for effective operation, improvement of quality, maximization of profit, with advancement of productivity and automation, analysis instrumental system is developing. Also transmitting to control room of real-time analysis and result have an effect on process operation and quality of product.

Depending on process condition, they could be divided in Analyzers for Gas, Oil, and Water.

Steam and Water Analysis System (SWAS)

Corrosion and erosion are major concerns in thermal power plant operating on steam. The steam reaching the turbines need to be ultra-pure and hence needs to be monitored for its quality. A well designed Steam and Water Analysis system (SWAS) can help in monitoring the critical parameters in the steam. These parameters include pH, Conductivity, Silica, Sodium, Dissolved Oxygen, Phosphate and Chlorides. A well designed SWAS must ensure that the sample is representative till the point of analysis.

Measurement items will be BOD, COD, SS, T-N, T-P

Analyzer Shelter & Cabinet

Projects range from and analyzer sold with a basic sample-handling system to large multi-shelter, multi-process area projects. Enclosures range from single rack cabinets, three-sided shelters all the way up to 10+ meter walk-in shelters. We have experience working with all types of shelter materials including painted steel, stainless steel, glass reinforced plastic and concrete.

Sample Recovery System

Sample Recovery System is designed specifically to collect liquid effluent or spent sample from analyzers and return this to the process line, or any other suitable location. This system is ideal for use in applications where it is undesirable to discharge chemicals or hydrocarbons into sewage drains.
